I was there with a few questions as I did not know some of the terms that were relevant. The attendant was very helpful as well as knowledgeable and could quickly grasp what was needed and what was available among their stocks too. Customer service is 5*! So far I have been to two branches and was happy south my experiences in both places.

What a travesty as far as customer service goes. The older man (gray hair and glasses) clearly didn't feel like it. Saying hello to each other upon arrival was not an option. The man thought I should just look up the numbers in the product book and then sigh when he had to walk to the warehouse. Well, everyone can have an off day, I understand. However, when purchasing it is clearly stated that the company name must appear on the invoice. To which the man says: 'let's do it', he then lets me pay by card and then states that there is no company name on the invoice. I said that I need it, but the man says this is not possible and that I should create an account myself to pass on everything. In addition: and for this purchase it is no longer possible. When I explained that I needed this for the accountant, the man also had the audacity to reply that he was a lousy accountant. Truly DISGUSTING.
